Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediate allocation of professional time, research resources, software access, and project preparation, Ginzan Management INC maintains a structured refund policy.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel services with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for work already completed, approved project phases, or resources already procured are non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are only issued if Ginzan Management INC fails to initiate the agreed project scope within 14 business days after payment, unless the delay is caused by missing client materials or approvals.
