Terms of Service

By engaging Ginzan Management INC, you agree to the terms below. Each service engagement may also be governed by a written proposal, invoice, statement of work, or service agreement.

Scope of Services

Ginzan Management INC provides public relations, corporate communications, HR consulting, marketing research, public opinion polling, and strategic business consulting services.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the agreed invoice or service agreement. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors. Ginzan Management INC does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.

Intellectual Property

Reports, strategies, research findings, and consulting materials remain the property of Ginzan Management INC until all required payments are received.

Limitation of Liability

Ginzan Management INC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of consulting recommendations, market research, or public relations advice.
